Bridget’s lingerie session provided a huge amount of wonderful images which really makes it difficult to pick one to use as a promo postcard.

What? You say why do lingerie shoots to use on a promo piece?

Simple answer. Lingerie is a big part of the fashion industry and it is growing quickly. Even Walmart has a lingerie section so there is ample work if sought out. Not every model photographed wearing lingerie look good in it. Women love buying and wearing lingerie. Men enjoy looking at and “collecting” sexy women in lingerie. So it’s a win-win product.

What I mean is fashion modeling is about helping “sell” the clothing not the models’ sexiness. Maxim is not a fashion magazine – it is a glamour tease magazine along the lines of Playboy (yes, they have fashion spreads inside also).

By choosing the right style of lingerie, each postcard created can have a timeless appeal. What I don’t want is for the images to be deemed out of style in 2 months by an magazine editor. What was in style in the March issue of a magazine will be out of style by their June issue.

The lingerie images Bridget helped create will be usable (and enjoyable for some viewing them) for many years to come.
